1 – Punching rod.  This function makes it possible to hammer on the cylinder (with punch adaptor) during maximum pressure, which creates an additional force on the removed parts. The combination of high pressure and vibrations is very efficient and often crucial for a successful result. With this tool, heating is no longer needed.

2 – Hydraulic hollow single action cylinder. This cylinder is designed in such a way that it can be used separately from the press structure. The compact design allows you to perform work where access is usually limited.  The size of the through hole in the hydraulic cylinder allows the use of a threaded rod with a maximum size of M42 or 1-5/8 inches for pressing in or pressing out sleeves or bearings. 

3 – Set of tooling.  The kit includes three sets of tooling  for repair different types of excavators and bulldozers like small, medium or large groups.

4 – Set of adapters. The adapter kit is used for mounting pins in the range from 19 mm (0,74 inch) to 69 mm.  (2,7 inch)

5 – Spacer . A special spacer allows you to fix the hydraulic press on the unit being repaired without using a crane or tripod.
